Federal Sign and Signal SD10 and Federal Signal Model 2 - 602 Broadway St, New Boston, IL 61272. Someone from the city came by when I was taking pictures of the sirens.  He told me that him and the fire chief did the modifications to the SD10, and that the siren used to be on a ship!
