Wayne County, IN

Wayne County operates a semi-independent, semi-county controlled system. The county activates sirens in Richmond, Cambridge City, Pershing, Milton, and some other towns. Other areas, such as Dublin, Fountain City, etc., however, have sirens that are activated for fire calls only, sirens that are controlled manually, or via radio but tested by the respective local fire departments. The county sirens are tested on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at noon, weather-pending.
