Federal Signal Model M (12/16 port.) - (40.4967423, -80.0564527). Only known 12/16 port model known, tried to get access to the bell tower, guy there said no, he didn’t like going up there himself. Decommissioned around 2005-2012. Good thing is that the siren is in a tightly enclosed bell tower, so it would been too hard to remove it, especially with screens covering it. Submitted by Colton R.
