"AHAB" Sirens in Washington are routinely tested with chimes and a voice message the first Monday of each month at noon.

Every third Thursday in October around 10:10-10:20AM (minute mark matches the date), a voice message and the wail signal are broadcast, which is meant to coincide with The Great Shakeout, an international earthquake/tsunami drill.
