Federal Signal STH-10 - Elmira Fire Station, 44 Howard Ave. Purchased in 1973/74 (Fire station was built that year) and used as a fire siren until 1989, it was then was made an emergency siren for the town for the chemical plants but also used for other emergencies. (There are two other sirens an STH-10 in Lions Park and a Model 5 at Town Hall) This siren runs on 480V 3-Phase. Photos submitted by Sirens & Thunderbolts 1003
