Whelen WPS-4004 - Beulah, Curtis avenue and W Cleveland Avenue. Replaced a WPS-3000 in 2009, that indirectly replaced a thunderbolt. Tested every Wednesday at noon.

Whelen WPS 4004 - At the Grove City community garden. Installed in 2002, tests every Wednesday at noon. 2 short alerts. Was serviced sometime after August (or December)of 2023 due to a faulty rotator and then again after December of 2023 due to it failing to activate with the system in a test. But is back in working order. Also the phone number of the control box for the county EMA Doesn't work when called. Submitted by Daniel Holland.
