Federal Signal STH-10A - WI Highway 67 just south of County Road MM. This siren is active, but it has failed many tests in the past. It may be dead now, assuming it got struck by lightning because of how high it is. It is on a very tall pole. It will not be repaired since Ashippun no longer maintains their sirens.
