Federal Signal Modulator 6024 - Located in the middle of the block SW of N Main St & E Stella Ave. Runs chimes around noon (timers between MODs not synced). When chimes were heard on the photographed date, this unit's drivers were clipping horrendously. One of the sirens got struck by lightning in town, I suspect it was this one.
