Assuming the speakers get roughly 250 ft of 70 dB coverage (typical for 100w smaller directional speakers), this is about what the coverage for the park looks like. For 60 dB coverage, the coverage would be doubled.

I have no idea what these are used for. I happened to notice them when driving by the park, and drove around to check them out.
I believe these are all of the units, however there's a chance I missed one or two.
