Federal Signal 3T22 - (41.6027384, -80.2998451). Used to have a blocked upper intake, was fixed. Despite reasonably believed to have a blocked lower intake, there’s a carving in the plate that gives it air. Apparently something also wrong with the solenoid flashers. Tested during county wide SWA (2025 SWA is somewhere in April.) Submitted by Colton R. (The Railcat.)
