Sterling 2V8 and Little Giant Test Units - 6296 Airport Rd, somewhere at the address. Former Syracuse Airport. Vehicle Mounted test units. Numerous other sirens were tested and installed at that airport between WWII and the Cold War Era. It appears there may be a Type F on the pole of the truck.
